Our residence welcomes you for a vacation in a serene and wooded setting facing the sea. Our mini-villas for 4 to 6 people are suitable for a family stay or with friends. The U Pirellu park offers sports activities or free and accessible leisure activities just steps away from your mini-villa.

Fully equipped with all the comforts of home, you will have 2 independent bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, a kitchen, bathroom with Italian shower, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided).
You will enjoy a shaded private terrace equipped with a heated private Spa, garden furniture, and a barbecue. Parking is adjacent to your rental as well as an outdoor shower area for returning from the beach.

Please note : a baby is considered a person, the accommodation cannot in any case accommodate additional people. We reserve the right to apply a 15% penalty on the total stay in case of violation of the rules.
We do not accept pets.
The photos of this accommodation are not contractual. Our mini-villas are all decorated differently but offer the same comfort and facilities.
The outdoor activities offered are free services and the equipment is provided free of charge to our customers. Under no circumstances will a malfunction entitle you to a refund or a special discount on the price of your stay.
The wifi connection is free. We cannot be held responsible for any malfunction due to weather conditions or breakdowns on the public network outside the residence, nor can we be held liable for any financial compensation.
